Workamajig offers a brilliant option for file reviews and approvals. This function can be used to route files or web URLs to
the project team members for their feedback. The reviewer can approve or reject the item and the system will store the results in the project. Files can be sent out to several contacts at once, or in
a selected order that progresses only when each stage of the contact list approves.
An interactive diary adds notes related to the project so they are stored as part of the project's history. This can be made visible to the client - or not - and can be emailed to the project team
members when saved.
