In the first instance it was the ease of adoption and generally well rounded aspects to it that attracted us, plus the easy support. Workamajig does everything that we need it to do – job management, estimates, invoicing,purchase orders, time management, financial reporting, and so on. It joins the dots.
Set up was easily – Software Downunder handled online workshops from Australia to NZ easily, and we were up in no time. A hands-on on session in person was useful, but the intuitive software is pretty easy to grasp and support is just an email or phone call away.
It’s reassuring to know that we are never far away from support if something doesn’t seem right. Usually the system is so easy to use we don’t need help, but when we do, it is on hand.
